Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to prepare accurate and competitive bids.

• Conduct detailed takeoffs and quantity surveys.

• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure pricing and proposals.

• Develop comprehensive estimates that include material, labor, and equipment costs.

• Prepare bid packages and present them to clients and management.

• Maintain a database of project costs, historical data, and subcontractor information.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities to ensure project profitability.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.

• Proficiency in estimating software and tools (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff).

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
