Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and crew members.

• Enforce and maintain a safe job site, ensuring all safety protocols and regulations are followed. * Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project schedules and goals are met.

• Monitor project progress and quality of work, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.

• Manage and document daily site activities, including progress reports, labor hours, and material usage.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Problem-solve and address any on-site issues or challenges that arise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction, with a preference for experience in concrete repair, protection, or bridge work.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

• Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
